This website is operated by BOUCHILINO GENERAL TRADING, a sole establishment licensed in Abu Dhabi under commercial licence CN-6644042.

Bouchilino is an independent menswear retailer currently accepting sales and delivery orders within the United Arab Emirates. You may use the website to explore pieces, place orders and contact us about them. You must have legal capacity to purchase or valid authorisation from your legal representative.

Product descriptions and sizing

The pieces offered are ready-made. Size, colour and availability depend on your selected option. Review the description and product images and contact us if you need clarification. Editorial images and Look Room previews are illustrative; they do not guarantee fit or represent a fitting on your body. Differences between screens do not justify supplying a piece that fails to match its description. Bouchilino is an independent retailer, not an authorised agent or distributor of the brands presented.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams and include applicable taxes shown with the price. Delivery charges and the total are displayed before you confirm your purchase. Check the piece, size, quantity, address and total, and use a payment method you are authorised to use. If a material price, availability or order error occurs, we will contact you about your options. We will not impose a higher price or substitute without your agreement, and any refund due on cancellation will be returned. Keep your order confirmation and purchase invoice.

Delivery, changes and returns

Our shipping policy explains charges and estimated timing, and our exchange and return policy explains return conditions and your rights.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We check its stage and explain whether it can be stopped or changed, including any refund due. If the shipment can no longer be stopped, we explain the return process without restricting your statutory rights.

We will not impose a substitute piece or price difference without your agreement. Made-to-order tailoring, alterations and delivery outside the UAE are not currently enabled.

Website use and privacy

Provide accurate information needed for your order and protect your account credentials. Misuse, unauthorised access attempts and infringement of intellectual property rights are prohibited. Trademarks, images and text belong to their respective rights holders. Our privacy policy explains personal data processing. Buying a piece does not automatically constitute consent to marketing.

For enquiries or complaints, email bouchilino.store@gmail.com or use Bouchilino Customer Care. Transactions are subject to applicable UAE law and requirements in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights, exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevent recourse to competent authorities. Updates apply to orders placed after publication and do not reduce rights attached to an existing order.
