Open the order link in your confirmation or shipping email to see the information available. This link is private to your order. Keep it safe and do not share it.

When your shipment leaves Bouchilino

We send the shipping notification after the parcel has actually been handed to the delivery carrier. If your order is sent in more than one shipment, each notification identifies the pieces that have been dispatched.

The carrier name, tracking number and link appear when available. A tracking link may open the carrier website. A live shipment location is not displayed unless the service provides it.

Cannot find the email?

Check your spam folder and make sure you are using the email address on your order. You can also view your orders through your Bouchilino account.
