At Bouchilino, we believe that once you reach the point of hesitation, you already have reason enough to reconsider your choice.
We do not want a piece to remain in your wardrobe simply because you paid for it or because returning it feels inconvenient.
Return it. Exchange it. And look for the piece you do not need to persuade yourself to keep.
15 Days… The Decision Is Yours
From the date you receive your order, you have 15 days to decide.
Changed your mind?
No longer feel the choice is right for you?
Found another piece that feels closer to you?
You do not need a reason.
You may choose either an exchange or a return for a refund of the item’s value.
Perhaps You Did Not Choose Wrong… Perhaps You Have Not Found Your Piece Yet
The difference may be in the size, the cut, the material, or simply in how the piece feels after you try it on.
That is why we do not see an exchange as stepping back from a purchase.
Sometimes, it is simply another step towards finding the right choice.
You may choose another size or another available piece. If you do not find what you want, you may still choose a refund of the item’s value.
Gifts Deserve the Same Freedom
A gift is a choice made for someone else, and what you choose for them may not necessarily be what they would choose for themselves.
If the size is not right, or if they do not feel it is the piece they want to keep, it may be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date the order is received.
We want a gift to stay because it was loved, not because keeping it felt inevitable.
What Do We Ask When an Item Is Returned?
Only that the piece comes back to us in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all attached tags as originally received.
Naturally, you may try the piece on in the usual way needed to make your decision.
Sale Items
A discount does not change your right to choose.
Sale items are covered by the same exchange and return policy.
Refunds
If you choose to return an item, once it reaches us and its condition has been checked, the amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.
